Temple Stewards
A Temple Steward is a Wholeness supporter who desires to actively participate in advancing the Crystal Earth Temple mission. Temple Stewards receive immersive education, experience and training in how and why we are building and maintaining the Crystal Earth Temples. Temple Stewards understand the mission, credo, and protocols of the project and are trusted to appropriately protect and represent the land and 501c3 organization.
There are several levels/stages of Temple Stewardship. Stewards may remain at any stage for any amount of time (as long as it mutually serves the Wholeness and that individual). Nancy and Angela and other Founding Stewards will work with each Wholeness supporter wanting to offer service through Temple Stewardship. Each phase of Temple Stewardship offers opportunity for deeper integration of, and service to the Crystal Earth mission, vision and Temple environment.
Steward Novitiate
Purpose & Focus
- Orientation to the land & Temple upkeep, experience of the different installations
- Learning about the project history, mission, vision and Mahavakya Crystal Technology
- Can go to the land (sunrise to sunset, not into Inner Sanctum) with another person in the Stewardship Program
- Prayer how to support when not there
Steward Sovereign
Purpose & Focus
- Deeper experience of land, energies, installations
- Learning how to share the project vision with others, and represent the organization space holding for a group
- Can go alone to the land & can overnight (with permission)
- Can bring people during the day to North Camp (not inside Temple) to share Crystal Earth vision and give “show and tell” experience of the land to advance the mission
Steward Ambassador
Purpose & Focus
- Experiencing and integrating nuances of Temple project and nuances of how to share with others
- Can bring a person or group into Outer Sanctum for Temple Pilgrimage (link to bringing visitors)
- Is deeply familiar with the Temple land, with Mahavakya Crystal Technology, and understands how to share this knowledge and experience with others
- Offers regular service to the organization, both on the land and to advance the global mission

The Temple Stewardship Program includes education and experience of the following topics:
- The responsibilities of the Temple Steward, including the essential role that Service plays
- The various types of Service they can offer
- Crystal Earth and Wholeness history, mission, and credo
- Mahavakya Technology — what it is, how it works, and how it is utilized by the Project
- Understanding about Crystal Earth Energy Grid and Seed plantings around the world
- Orientation to the Crystal Earth Healing Tools
- Detailed site orientation, including understanding about the Crystal Installations and the Meditation Garden areas
- Understanding and protocols associated with the Inner Sanctum
- The need and protocols for protecting the sanctity of the land, the structures and installations on the land, and the reputation of The Wholeness
- Environmental and safety needs and procedures, including fire safety
- The protocols and processes of space holding for bringing others to visit the land
- Best ways to talk about the Project and share it with others
